what is 842 ?
842 is the text message response system you configure via the web. When somebody texts one of your key words - we call them 'txtcodes' - to 842 the system immediately texts them the reply you provided. 842 works 24x7x365 and you can update your txtcodes and replies online at any time.
It's quick and easy to setup and our Basic Plan is free.
how does it work ?
Step 1: Sign up, reserve a unique txtcode and create a reply message. Your txtcode is now active. Business and Premium Plan customers can also choose to attach documents such as flyers, property reports, digital images etc to txtcodes.
Step 2: When somebody texts your txtcode to 842 we immediately text them your reply. If they text the txtcode, a space and an email address we text them the reply and email the documents attached in step 1 above.

In addition to delivering product and company information 842 can be used to run sales promotions, deliver electronic coupons, track and analyse advertising effectiveness, solicit customer feedback and collect electronic votes.
